Characteristics of one of Intel Core chips of the seventh generation are opened

Data on characteristics of one of future Intel processors of generation Kaby Lake — the Core chip of the seventh generation were at disposal of network sources.

It is about a product with the designation Core i7-7700K. This processor will receive four computing kernels. The Hyper Threading technology will provide a possibility of simultaneous performance to eight flows of instructions.

Clock frequency — 3,6 GHz is called. The TurboBoost function will allow to raise this indicator to 4,2 GHz dynamically.

Chip will receive 8 MB of a cache memory of the third level. The product will be made on 14-nanometer technology.

It is noted also that the novelty will be issued performed by LGA 1151. It will allow to use the processor on motherboards with chipsets of Intel 100 of a series and future solutions of Intel 200 of a series.

It is noted that the first products of generation Kaby Lake will be issued in the current year. The Intel corporation traditionally doesn't comment on informal data in any way.
