During creation of Windows 10 the Microsoft company has made rather unusual decision – to involve users in process of development of Windows 10 by means of the special program of a preliminary estimate of system under the name Windows Insider. The last has become possible Windows Feedback. Later Microsoft has united him with one Insider Hub application in which users could receive awards for passing of so-called "quests". The new application has received the name "Center of Responses" or Feedback Hub. Initially she was planned to be provided only to insiders of Windows, but as not all users wishing to leave the comment about OS want to become participants of Windows Insider, Microsoft has decided to take the appropriate measures in order that also they could share responses, offers.
