The portable microwave of Adventurer executed in the form of a thermos from the Wayv company is urged to help with similar situations. The product contains in itself up to 0.5 kg of food or liquid, and his dimensions make 305х128 mm weighing 1.2 kg. Unlike the vacuum tubes used in usual microwaves, Adventurer uses the technology developed for radio-frequency amplifiers on towers of cellular communication — metal - oxidic semiconductors with superficial diffusion (LDMOS) for development of 250 W of power. The applied method has allowed not only to make the device rather easy and compact, but also has given the chance to evenly warm up food without rotary mechanism.
